Hi @rachadele ,

EFO:0008853 Patch-seq is already in the HCA OLS production instance (see here). If you were searching for it "by hand" under 'RNA assay', rather than using the "Search EFO" text box, you might have missed it because of the peculiar way that OLS lists terms, as per screenshot. I'd advise to always look for terms by text search, using synonyms too if applicable. I'll close this ticket, but if you think there's any issue with searching terms in HCAO we need to address, please open a new ticket so we can help HCA wranglers as needed. Thanks.
