Optimus: Fix testing timeout #640

The new tests of optimus take 1hr and a few minutes to complete but the tasks time out in 1 hour, the first run of any test that is not cached therefore fails

This was a trivial fix and did it as part of the test updates I am working on right now, ticket can be deleted
