The "scripts" directory of Lira contains several scripts to get, create and delete subscription queries as well as setting up a service account in SAM. Since these are run when setting up or deploying Lira, it would make more sense for those to be in the secondary-analysis-deploy repo alongside the other deployment & configuration related code.
