Query for 10x is too permissive #749

I think this should go into our backlog since there is currently nothing we can do on our end to improve the query without improvements to the metadata.

The metadata team is working on a new module to capture cell-hashing metadata and this will be available to us around October.

@kbergin I'm curious if you have completed development of the cell-hashing metadata module? This is a popular assay and it would be great to harmonize schemas with you.
