The PR tests could get very long if we test for every pipeline:species combo. SS2 is easy to make a short test because it’s a fast pipeline and is on a small amount of data. So it could be ok to add a mouse SS2 test, but we should talk as a team about whether we want to approach testing in this way or not. This ticket is meant as a placeholder for that discussion OR the work if we decide to do the test.
