This dataset is a part of the "Barcelona" incentive and should be analyzed with Optimus ASAP.

All of the "describedBy" fields link to schemas in staging. Also, the library_preparation_protocol_json.end_bias is 3 prime end bias, but the query for our Optimus pipeline specifically looks for 3 prime tag. The resubmitted version with correct schema versions and end_bias tag is now ready for analysis
