The Optimus mouse data test needs to be updated to use the same test style as is used for non-mouse data.

Also

the matrix output is not currently tested, and should be.
the reference data and test inputs should be in the same bucket as our other test data. Currently the test uses broad-dsde-mint-dev-teststorageand broad-dsde-mint-dev-teststorage. Instead it should use hca-dcp-sc-pipelines-test-data
