This project is currently blocked by at Matrix Service for multiple reasons:

  1. Generation of barcodes.tsv: HumanCellAtlas/matrix-service/issues/427
  2. AUDR of metadata, which includes fields being used by Matrix Service: HumanCellAtlas/hca-data-wrangling/issues/329

The new Optimus pipeline that supports 10x v2 & v3 chemistry also changes the zarr outputs, so we would need to re-analyze the 10x v2 data in order to put it in the same matrix as the 10x v3 data. However, we do not have the ability to create new versions of existing analysis bundles so this ticket is blocked until then.
