Prettify checkpoint figures

• Expand x-axis label for clarity and make sure y-axis starts at 0
• Add script to backup relevant data to S3
• Change runners/transfer_point_maze.sh to run multiple seeds of AIRL and output instructions on how to pick best one and next steps.
