Pypi models #28

Packaged the models up into a new pypi module so that they're easy to fetch as a docker dependency (and also so they're readily available to everyone else)

I mistakenly pushed this to main. >.<

But rather than revert that commit, I'm just going to merge the pr since that was going to happen anyway.
