Next step on FIPS: Can you please markup the clauses of Mass General Laws Ch 66A (FIPA) using the JSON structure you put together at: https://github.com/HumanDynamics/FreeLaw/tree/master/DataPolicy/json_law_structure.txt (this is a good start but may need to be augmented or replaced with legislative JSON structure of other groups eventually). When you have that lets perfect it and do it again with Federal Privacy Act of 74 (the USC provisions we discussed on Friday last week). Then add a JSON "label" structure for clauses. This "Label" structure will be a flexible element used for all sorts of tagging and faceting for sorting and filtering the content on our Conputational Law projects. Then to test the Label steuxture please add a "NewDealOnData" label to the state FIPA and Federal Privacy Act clauses that represent FIPS rules. This will make an easy start toward filtering just the clauses in Material Design cards that relate to Sandy's new deal on data. Next step will be agency policy and contracts and terms/conditions that implement the FIPS rules. This is a good start to rendering the law as human readable (in nice neat cards) machine readable (in nice near JSON) and lawyer readable (no change to underlying text and citation steuxture).
