Ok i tried a version where i just deleted that frame (so now the frame skips a beat, but i think it is better than when the text jumps)

if this is still weird I can dig around for the original psd and remake it joker-300x225

i actually think its kinda funny with the missing frame!

The original gif doesn't perfectly loop. Confirmed that the text is now stable. Confirmed fixed.
