Bug: Text not justified across page on Informed Consent page #79

The top paragraph of text should run the full width of the webpage on the informed consent page when viewed on wider screens (laptop or desktop)

This is not a bug, it is a deliberate choice

Do you feel strongly it's the right way to go? If so, I'll defer to your insight. If not, can you make it as wide as the rest of the text?

I have tried it both ways and feel this is better
