When the user directly navigates to a survey page or refreshes a survey page, the user sees a blank screen. Example: http://projectgamr-dev.media.mit.edu/survey/personality

The user should be sent to the consent page when refreshing or navigating directly to any survey page.

@jwalsh do you think this has to do with push state?

does the bug go away without push state?

I think i found what is causing this and i put a fix on master
