I saw this repo come up in my github feed and couldn't figure out what it was. I googled around a bit and came across the publication. After reading the abstract and a few sentences of the intro, I still don't really understand what it is, though it sounds interesting. Anyway, thought I'd copy this in the readme to help the next person :)
