PUC Assign: Lincoln Electric #1119

Assign PUCs to products in Lincoln Electric SDS.

Some of the raw categories are available in Bulk Assign Raw category, if you filter by 'lincoln' in the datagroup field. Most of the welding products have already been assigned. the others are various industrial products. we might need to make new PUCs for some of these.

Maybe we need a new PUC for metal brazing? or can it go in the welding PUC?
