Send Records for Chemical Curation - October 2024

This is a ticket to send a new batch of extracted chemical records to ChemReg for chemical registration/curation to DTXSIDs. Note for this ticket, lets focus on sending lists for individual large datagroups, rather than a combined file of smaller groups. There are 22 groups listed below.

This process includes:

download the following chemical lists from Factotum data groups (See table below) https://ccte-factotum.epa.gov/chemical_curation/
separate out chemical records with multiple CAS numbers
run the pre-curation cleaning script. (removing records for non-chemicals from the list we send to ChemReg)
The output should generate a set of cleaned chemical lists to submit to Chemreg.
