H&P - Gun - file prep

For Habits and Practices related data for the Gun related PUC, organize files for loading into Factotum.

Include original sources from:

1. The appropriate folder here L:\Lab\HEM\Habits and practices
2. Sources referenced in the master excel spreadsheet storing H&P data
3. Any sources listed in Table S8 for related PUCs

Definition of Done:

1. Store all original files in folder where they can easily be accessed for upload to Factotum
2. Create csv file with the following columns, to be used when registering the documents in Factotum
   • filename
   • title (title of the report, journal article, etc.)
   • document_type (this should be indicated by the 2 letter code, see below for a list)
   • url (if available, the URL to the original source document)
   • organization (if a journal article, organization is the name of the journal, if a report, organization would be the name of the agency/group issuing/publishing the report)
