Extract data from the CDR database as a CP datagroup in Factotum. Upload excel file as the document, with unique Functional Uses as the subtitle. Also want to extract PUCs and Industry/NAICs codes as keyword tags. (can this be done during extraction?)

Closing Issue, completed upload of CDR data with #276. Katherine Phillips extracted the CDR data into excel sheets by chemical, with related functional use data.
