I think the 'oven cleaner' PUC should be restructured. The level 2 PUC 'OVEN' has no products in it.

We should have 'appliance cleaner' as a level 2 PUC. Then we could also put other types of appliance cleaning products. Like washing machine cleaner, dishwasher cleaner, microwave cleaner, etc.

Could also put oven cleaner in surface cleaners since it includes surface cleaners for multiple rooms in a household including kitchen
