Test optimization: reduce uselessly long tests #109

Right now, some tests extremely slow. I'd like to make tests faster to speed up merging on thursday. This issue is linked to https://github.com/HumanLearning2021/HumanLearningApp/issues/98

[x] Make UI tests use dummy
[x] group some tests to avoid relaunching the activity (but careful about UI state)
[x] reduce uselessly long delays
