Feature/76 use firestore db in ds management uis #85

What this PR adds :

All the DS management UIs now use the firestore Database.
All linked tests have been modified to use the scratch firestore DB.

Comments :

I still don't use the representative pictures because we don't have a "generic representative picture" to display if a category doesn't have any repr. picture. But modifications to do to use the repr. pictures when possible are small.
