• [x] Logo: app title does not break lines

• [ ] Search: placeholder text not showing when active

• [x] Top menu: dropdown not aligned with other nav items

• [ ] Metric pages: country overlays too narrow

• [ ] Metric pages: HI hint exceeds main column width

• [ ] Side panels: briefly re-open ("flicker") on close

• [ ] scroll position sometimes resets (very top) on interaction
