Check ES translation: net primary indicator #169

There was a conflict when merging the master branch into the dev-v3.1 branch for the "Net primary indicator" (ES only):

Updated field in master (version 3, old data) "hrmi.indicators-about.net-primary": "Número total de estudiantes del grupo en edad oficial de asistir a la escuela primaria que están matriculados en la educación primaria, expresado como porcentaje de la población correspondiente.",

Current field in dev-v3.1 (version 3.1, new data) "hrmi.indicators-about.net-primary": "Tasa neta de matriculación en la escuela primaria: Número de estudiantes del grupo oficial de edad de la escuela primaria que están matriculados en todo tipo de escuelas primarias, expresado como un porcentaje de la población total de ese grupo de edad.",

@sarahbichan please advice which one is the correct version for the dev-v3.1 version/new data)

Anne-Marie requested that this change happen only in 3.1. So, the EN should read “Net primary school enrolment rate: Number of students of the official primary school age group who are enrolled in all types of primary schools, expressed as a percentage of the total population of that age group.” And the Spanish, therefore should read as per the text in the 3.1 version above.
