Currently the site gets a reasonably average score on PageSpeed Insights https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=rightstracker.org&tab=desktop (and performs worse for mobile).
There are potentially a number of technical improvements we could make to address speed - I can fill out ideas when this becomes more of a priority.
