feat: RND-112: Improve GroundingDINO

spliting GroundingDINO (object detection) and GroundingSAM (image segmentation) into 2 separate ML backends
remove hard requirement for <BrushLabels> to be present in labeling config for GroundingSAM
parametrize model checkpoints
fix bug with prompt mistakenly retrieved from the first result
make automatic bounding boxes editable
use threshold controls for boxes and texts (work in progress...)
make prompt persistent across different labeling task after submission
