Adjusted playback speed for audio #3064

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When doing Sound Event Detection (SED) labeling in Label Studio, I find the included playback speed options to be insufficient. The lowest speed I can play the audio in is x0.5, which is much too fast for the precise time-boxing that SED requires.

Describe alternatives you've considered For precise SED labels, there aren't really any good options I can think of.

Additional context For SED labels to be somewhat precise, getting start- and end-time correctly within ~0.1s is sufficient. (At least for my application.)
