Custom zoom #4408

When I open an image and zoom on it to work on, I usually set a zoom level. Then when I open another image (that could be very similar to previous one and maybe it needs same zoom level...) I have to set zoom level again, cause previous zoom level is reset to default one.

Maybe a place to set zoom level could be local storage, where I can easily access by js?

Great suggestion! I also noticed the need for this feature.

In addition to preserving the zoom level, it would be beneficial to maintain the image's pan center. This enhancement would significantly improve user experience and navigation within the interface.
