foo: JPEG compression support is not configured #842

Opening some TIFF files but not others, I get a dialog saying "Error opening file, Make sure is a valid image file, OK." STDERR on the terminal says "TIFFReadDirectory: Warning, Unknown field with tag 347 (0x15b) encountered. \n foo: JPEG compression support is not configured. \n foo: Sorry, requested compression method is not configured."

OS: Ubuntu 20
PyQt version:5.15.6
