No stats showing :(

Im not able to get any stats ... I found this :

It says that no connection was established because target computer refused it.
Any idea ?

It is doing it even with NO firewall! It just stopped showing stats one day ... 
I tried to reinstall WoT, XVM with no success :(.

I found one "solution" - to enter this to host file so I tried that:

I did that and I will try it. Thanks. But it stopped working few weeks ago 
without that lines ... And I don´t know why. Thank you for your advice.
