I believe that these have not been written yet. Some of this functionality, like auth hooks and so on, is probably covered by http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/mod_lua.html

Hello from 2016, broken links from menu:

Hooks -> Installing a Hook Hooks -> Hook Overview Contact -> leads to index page, so no contact is possible.
