radar ticks title can't be shown completely

Just use the sample radar as example, set the 4's tick title as [4, "Managementbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb"],

the title can't be shown completely as the image show. How to prevent that?
