Users & Permissions Link/Subscibe to Calendars #54

Ugly error when member tries to access Users & Permissions page or try to Subscribe to Calendar. The links should probably not be visible to members.

Users With Access to this Calendar: Error UNL_UCBCN Error: You do not have permission to Change User Permissions for this calendar.

Fixed with commit f6f38854b092e1046e53

If a user doesn't have a permission, don't display the link.
