Using "add to google calendar" event date is set to wrong day #94

If you go to the event detail for an event that has a start time or end time that is on or later than 5pm and then add it to your google calendar using the google button the event date is set to the day before it is listed on the event calendar.

Feature is disabled in production but reproducible in dev.

Dates are now converted to UTC
