investigate python frameworks for data fusion #32

In case that we use dedupe for identity resolution, we will need another framework for data fusion afterwards

@Humorloos, I think data fusion strategies can be implemented from our end as well in Python. At least that's what it looked to me from the tutorials and we can create equivalent scripts for that. Please, check the Tutorial from your end too, to check the feasibility of it.

I think so too, data fusion should be possible without any special framework for what it looks like. I wrote something similar in my mail to Anna and Alex.
