For people like me who likes to see what's going on, it's pretty cool to have the option of -v or -vv to do that.

This pull request does the following:

Add support for --verbose, -v and -vv arguments to the script
Add some basic logging of what torrents are being deleted. Only displayed if verbose is used
Add .qman files to .gitignore
Add the default url to the README
