Moar errar handling! #14

Next level of error handling. If the Powershell plugin does not execute, we should get a message that tells us as such.

A couple of reasons why a plugin might fail:

It should still return a 3, for UNKNOWN.

Let it be known I have dipped my toe into the hellish pool that is Powershell's error handling, and so far I hate my life.
