Support for non-integer positioning #12

Hello,

It'd be most usefull to support float coordinates, at least for X,Y, Width and 
Height. For what I've seen, SVG supports it nicely. VML requires that a 
measurement unit be specified.

GWT Graphics supports only pixels when defining coordinates/sizes so I don't 
see much point to be able to define dimensions like 0.5px.
