Add user and password fields to proxy configuration

In my work everybody need to use http proxy with authentication. There is
no option to provide user name and password to it. Without being
authenticated through http proxy I can't connect to my server with rtorrent
(through SSH). Please add aditional fields to enter user and password to proxy.
