French characters not correctly displayed #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start nTorrent

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
French special character  like "è" "é" or "à" are not correctly displayed
in the program.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nTorrent-05 on Windows Vista SP1.
rTorrent++ running on a Qnap NAS (TS109 II)

Please provide any additional information below and if necessary, attach
the nTorrent log file found under $HOME/.ntorrent/.

I can't reproduce this bug with my linux box.
Could you try another language that has special characters, like spanish or 
german,
and report here what it looks like ?
This could help to determine if it's a problem of locale files or an encoding 
one,
related with linux and windows.

I looked everywhere, but I did not find where I can change language (neither in
ntorrent nor in rtorrent++ web gui) . French was the default when I installed 
the
program. Really sorry, I can't help you more...Thanks

could anyone else try to use ntorrent in eg. spanish or german with windows and
report here what it looks like ?

German special charcaters ÄäÖöÜüß display correctly on my computer (and 
so do
japanese characters, btw).
I'm using Vista SP1 english (with german set as the default input language).
