Enhance peer table with this functionality #125

Make peer table sortable, on all columns.
Make colums resizable, and automatically persisted according to issue 118
Add peer functionality in the form of context menu, where one can select
one or more rows and snub a peer, kick a peer and ban a peer (these xmlrpc
commands might not exist.)
