German translation #20

As the title says, I created a German locale file for Twitch-Fox. I already tested it and it seems as all the translations fit into the interface.

Good work! I've merged this into the main branch and have uploaded a new version to Mozilla with the translation. Hopefully it gets fully reviewed soon.
