secondary monitor in portrait mode doesn't allow intuitive window management #35

In KDE Plasma, when my secondary monitor is in portrait mode, the way windows are tiled when they're dragged to screen edges doesn't make intuitive sense because it doesn't change at all from the way it works in landscape mode. Since it's positioned to the right of my primary monitor, windows should go fullscreen when dragged to the right edge, but right now they open on half the screen (resulting in super skinny windows). Windows should go to half-screen size when dragged to the top or bottom of the screen, but instead dragging to bottom does nothing and dragging to top maximizes the window. It just feels completely wrong.

Unfortunately, I don't think this behavior can be changed on a per-monitor basis in KDE, so I'll need to switch to a new window manager in order to fix this issue.
