add personal "dashboard(s)" upon login

When logging in to my user account(s), I should be greeted with a custom dashboard made up of "widgets" (should actually be separate windows I can move around with my window manager), each of which shows some sort of useful information/tool.

For instance:

• A Spotify widget
• A Reddit widget w/ top daily/recent posts
• A news widget
• System monitor(s)
• TODO widget
• Vehicle maintenance reminders
• etc.
