reconfigure NixOS files to use `flake.nix` #50

Apparently, Nix Flakes are all the rage these days because they are more reproducible than regular NixOS dotfiles. It has something to do with how NixOS obtains the source files when it's building; using a flake.nix file with a flake.lock file allows the user to declare the exact version of any input repositories, or something like that. I don't claim to fully understand why it's supposed to be so much better than a regular NixOS configuration -- all I know is that everyone on Reddit and Discord thinks Nix Flakes are the absolute bomb diggity, so I really probably should look into them a little more to see what all the fuss is about.
