This issue is marked both feature and bug because I have never been able to
successfully remap Caps-Lock as of today (meaning if I get it working, it will
be a new feature). It's marked bug because I've already added to
users/hunter.nix the option home.keyboard.options = [ "caps:backspace" ];,
which is theoretically supposed to remap Caps-Lock to (you guessed it)
backspace, but it's not working.
