add `rofi` or `dmenu` or other search tool for faster workflow

Add a rofi-like search bar (preferably within the upcoming topbar/panel) that allows quickly searching for and executing programs, searching for files, navigating to websites, and (importantly) searching the web via DuckDuckGo or Google or whatever search engine I specify during the search.
