BestRelativeProfile with only one sample from QDNA or one sample from WX creates an error #40

When running BestRelativeProfile, if only 1 of the samples has QDNA (and there can be multiple WX samples) or vice versa, there is an error that pops up.

The issue Sameer described suggests there are some unconsidered corner cases for this function. @ntmv if you've got questions about what changes are needed let me know.
