Let's get some tests written! Round 1

Write tests for core workhorse and data-munging functions of utanos: SegmentsToCopyNumber() GetBinnedChromosomes() GetGRangesFromEnsDb() CopyNumberSegments() BestRelativeProfile() CreateShallowHRDInput() <- Perhaps also rename to something more accurate like 'ReformatForShallowHRD()' GetChromosomeLengths() BuildWxQdnaObject()
