Clean-up and update the Roxygen documentation for functions covered in the Copy-Number Diversity vignette #63

Update the Roxygen docs for:

[x] CalculateACNs()
[x] ACNDiversityPlot()
[x] PlotSignatureExposures()
[x] MakeSummaryTable() - maybe? Don't know if needed.

Reconsider use of ylims parameter in CNSegmentsPlot(). I think its redundant with the min and max copy number parameters. They are cleaner. Update the Roxygen docs if so.
